Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is: Kiez-Friseur Hohenschönhausen, [Full name of the owner / operator — to be supplied by the client], Konrad-Wolf-Straße 6, 13055 Berlin, Germany. Phone 030 9296015. E-mail: [e-mail address — to be supplied by the client].

2. Principle

We process personal data only to the extent that this is necessary to provide this website and to respond to your enquiries. This website does not set cookies, use analytics or tracking services, embed advertising networks or load fonts or scripts from third-party servers. All fonts are served from our own server.

3. Server log files

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: page requested, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser type and version, operating system and IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and trouble-free operation of the website. This data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short time.

4. Contact form and contact by telephone

If you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide — name, phone number or e-mail address and your message — exclusively to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry relates to a contract. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future — an informal notification by telephone is sufficient. We delete your enquiry as soon as it has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations prevent this. If you call us, we process your phone number and the information you give us during the conversation for the same purpose.

5. Recipients

Your data is not sold and is not passed on for advertising purposes. Transmission only takes place to our hosting provider, who processes the data on our instructions under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, and to the service via which form messages are delivered to us. No transfer to third countries takes place.

6. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention periods.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can revoke any consent given at any time. Please contact the contact details above.

8. Right to complain

You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.

9. SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock symbol in your browser's address bar.

10. No automated decision-making

Automated decision-making, including profiling pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR, does not take place.

11. Changes

We will update this privacy policy whenever changes to this website or the legal situation require it.
